E+ 2.1 was recently released.  Players can download the basic version or wait for me to repackage it with the usual extras like the Q3 Maps texture pack and the fancy colored names Java utility.

In the meantime, for those players who have auto downloads enabled, it will download a very small update (one file).  Players without auto download enabled will still be able to play because of E+’s server-side technology unless the server uses custom maps.
